Booking and Cancellation Policy
- To reduce no shows and last minute cancellations a 20% non-returnable booking fee will be required for any services booked at the clinic; the booking fee will be taken at the time of the booking. No appointment will be confirmed until the booking fee payment has been received, this amount will then be deducted from the final treatment cost.
- If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify the clinic by telephone or email no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposits will be carried over if the appointment is rearranged with at least 24 hours notice.
- No shows or cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their booking fee and no shows will be charged for the full appointment amount which must be paid before any further appointments are made in the clinic.
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of the equipment used, children are not permitted within the clinic. For the same reason friends will have to stay in the waiting room and must be over 18.
- There is an age limit of 18 and over for anyone having treatment within the clinic apart from waxing and facials which will need signed parental consent.
- Patch tests are required for many of the treatments within the clinic please contact via phone or email to check amount of time needed between the patch test and your chosen treatment.
- Block bookings and discounted treatments will have a time limit for being booked in and between treatments, this is to ensure that maximum benefit will be attained for you from the treatment itself.
- A full medical consultation form must be filled out before any treatment is given; these will be stored safely under GDPR regulations for your digital security.
- Please arrive on time and with clean/makeup free skin for your appointment. Lateness of over 20 minutes will be considered as a no show.
- No refunds will be given for work carried out by the clinic however if you are unhappy with any treatment, please contact me within 48 business hours so that this can be rectified. You may be required to either come in or send photo of the issue in question so that this can be fully discussed with you.
